Key Responsibilities :

- Support production systems including ADP Workforce Manager, ADP eTime, and Global Secure File Movement (MFT).

- Work on application architecture involving ADP Workforce Management, security, middleware, infrastructure, payroll and HR system connectivity.

- Participate in the complete project lifecycle including design, upgrades, migration, testing, implementation, maintenance and production support.

- Support ADP eTime to ADP Workforce Manager migration projects.

- Design and document technical requirements based on business/functional requirements.

- Support Workday integrations and reporting for time and workforce management projects.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Workday integrations and ADP Workforce Management.

- Understand and support data transfer between Workday, ADP Workforce Management and payroll systems.

- Support data loads and data transfer requirements for payroll and time systems.

- Prepare technical specifications and documentation.

- Perform data analysis and reporting.

- Participate in solution architecture and design reviews.

- Collaborate with business teams, vendors and technical partners to resolve integration and performance issues.

- Support global business units during project deployments.

- Participate in testing and implementation activities for upgrades, patches and new functionality.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Management / ADP Workforce Manager / ADP eTime.

- Strong experience with ADP Workforce Management implementation.

- Hands-on experience with ADP eTime.

- Experience with ADP eTime to ADP Workforce Manager migration is highly preferred.

- At least 1+ year of experience with Workday integrations and reporting.

- Good understanding of integration between ADP Workforce Management and Workday.

- Experience with data transfer/data loads involving HR, time and payroll systems.

- Experience in large-scale implementations/projects.

- Good understanding of software/project lifecycle.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with global teams, vendors and business stakeholders.

- Strong communication, time management and documentation skills.
