FICO Falcon Fraud Manager SME - Pan India.

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong hands-on expertise in FICO Falcon Fraud Manager, including implementation, platform upgrades, fraud strategy configuration, and production support.

Candidates with experience across Falcon 6.4 (Mainframe), Falcon 6.5, and Falcon 7.x (Offhost/Linux) environments who have worked on fraud platform implementations, migrations, configuration, optimization, and enterprise production support are encouraged to apply.

Location : Pan India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, administer, and optimize FICO Falcon Fraud Manager (Falcon 6.x / 7.x).

- Lead Falcon platform implementations, upgrades, migrations, and version enhancements.

- Configure MUX Servers, Scoring Servers, Case Manager, Expert, and application components.

- Design, deploy, and optimize fraud detection rules, strategies, models, and reason codes.

- Analyze fraud model performance while minimizing false positives.

- Manage UAT, regression testing, production deployments, and post-upgrade validation.

- Perform client onboarding, environment setup, production support, and issue resolution.

- Monitor fraud trends and collaborate with Fraud Operations, Risk, Product, and Technology teams.

Required Skills :

- 3 -10 years of experience with FICO Falcon Fraud Manager.

- Hands-on experience in Falcon implementation, installation, upgrades, migration, and production support.

- Experience with Falcon 6.4 (Mainframe), Falcon 6.5, and/or Falcon 7.x (Offhost/Linux) environments.

- Strong expertise in Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, and ATM Fraud.

- Experience in strategy configuration, rule writing, deployment, testing, and governance.

- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle/PL-SQL, Linux environments, and enterprise application support.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
