Role Overview :

As a Subject Matter Expert, youll provide deep technical expertise in data and AI domains, Implement and help in designing scalable solutions, and resolve complex issues.

The role includes mentoring junior members and driving project delivery through best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and validate scalable ML and data architectures

- Guide implementation and troubleshoot high-complexity issues

- Mentor junior associates and conduct code reviews

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions

- Research and integrate advanced AI techniques and frameworks

Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

- Strong background in statistics, model training, and fine-tuning

- Expertise in Spark, PySpark, and scalable data pipelines

- Prior experience in mentoring and team collaboration

- AWS Certified - Machine Learning Speciality and Developer Associate

- Any Bachelors degree
