Description :

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Aruba Wireless networks and ClearPass policy management solutions.

- Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Configure, manage, and maintain Cisco routers, Aruba/Nexus switches, and Palo Alto firewalls.

- Collaborate with IT, security, and network teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless and wired network components.

- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for network architecture, security policies, and access management.

- Participate in network planning, capacity management, and performance tuning for enterprise deployments.

- Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and escalation for complex network and security issues.

- Document network designs, policies, and standard operating procedures for reference and compliance.

- Provide knowledge transfer, mentorship, and technical support to junior network engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless networks and ClearPass configuration and management.

- Proficiency with Cisco routers, Aruba / Nexus switches, and Palo Alto firewalls.

- Solid understanding of enterprise network protocols, routing, switching, and security concepts.

- Experience in designing and deploying scalable and secure wireless solutions in large organizations.

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
