Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain the software components and ML pipelines

- Implement core components including memory, routing, cache, feedback, and chains to enable our in-house AI agents

- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, front-end, back-end and data teams

- [LangChain/LangGraph] Build sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis

- [LLM] Prompt engineering techniques for various LLM providers including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Open AI

- [Backend/FastAPI] Build scalable systems that can handle large-scale document processing during due diligence

- [Backend/FastAPI] Develop FastAPI applications that serve AI-powered insights to investment teams

- [Backend/FastAPI] Implement secure authentication and data access controls for sensitive financial information

- [Cloud/GCP] Experience in Redis for caching and coordination

- (Nice to have) Familiarity with Pinecone vector search and Neo4j Knowledge Graph database

- The role involves contributing to companie's data security practices by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information handled, in alignment with the ISMS policies and framework.

- The role involves contributing to companie's business continuity practices by supporting organizational resilience, minimizing disruption, and ensuring timely recovery of critical operations in alignment with the BCMS policies.

Prerequisites :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering and above

- Strong programming fundamentals in Python

- 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering or equivalent internship / coursework / projects involving data analysis, machine learning, or software development

- Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in finance

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving tools

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with investment professionals

- Detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive financial data

Education : BTech/MTech/BE/ME/MBA in Analytics
