Job Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy advanced analytical models for the financial sector.

- You will be responsible for transforming complex financial datasets into actionable intelligence, focusing on risk mitigation, recovery optimization, and the integration of Generative AI into production systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.

- Design, develop, and implement advanced data analysis strategies and machine learning solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and integrate them into existing processes.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and analysts.

- Communicate complex analytical results and methodologies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Technical Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 5+ years in a Data Science role specifically within Financial Services (BFSI).

- Core Stack : Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks (XGBoost, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).

- Statistical Depth : Strong foundation in predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, and regression analysis.

- Cloud & Visualization : Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS and data viz tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
