Key Responsibilities :

1. Design Leadership :

- Contribute to design strategy for client programs; align design vision with business priorities.

- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable design opportunities and roadmaps.

- Support discovery activities (interviews, journey maps, service blueprints) and synthesize insights into design recommendations.

- Collaborate on proposals and pre-sales materials with compelling narratives and measurable outcomes.

2. Design Execution :

- Lead the design of complex service ecosystems and data-driven solutions, ensuring usability, transparency, and inclusivity.

- Apply responsible AI design practices (explainability, human oversight, ethical considerations).

- Develop frameworks, guidelines, and reusable patterns that scale across engagements.

- Measure design impact through KPIs, usability metrics, and adoption analytics.

3. Design Systems & Governance :

- Contribute to enterprise-grade design systems for consistency, accessibility, and scalability.

- Participate in design reviews and governance practices to ensure quality and alignment.

- Champion inclusive design, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), and privacy-by-design principles.

4. Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous learning.

- Partner with engineering, data science, and consulting teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

- Represent design in client forums; communicate design decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex enterprise SaaS platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes and design systems.

- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.

- Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence product direction through data-backed insights.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data visualizations and workflows for diverse user personas.

- Proven track record of leading design initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, maintaining high standards of quality under tight deadlines.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and drive consensus across distributed teams.
