STIBO Techno-Functional Consultant - Product Information Management

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Stibo Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Product Information Management (PIM). The role requires a blend of technical development and functional understanding to support, enhance, and optimize Stibo STEP solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications within Stibo STEP.

- Design, configure, and implement PIM solutions including workflows, data models, and integrations.

- Develop and customize Stibo STEP components using Java, scripting, and APIs.

- Manage product data, hierarchies, classifications, and attributes within the PIM system.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams for solution delivery.

- Support system integrations (ERP, eCommerce, DAM, etc.).

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide sustainable solutions.

- Participate in data migration, data quality improvement, and governance initiatives.

- Ensure best practices in PIM processes, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Stibo STEP (PIM) platform.

- Good understanding of PIM concepts, data modeling, and workflows.

- Technical skills: Java, JavaScript, APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP).

- Experience in system integration and middleware tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and data management concepts.

- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
