Job Summary :

- 5+ years of experience in PIM/MDM.

- Strong hands-on experience with STIBO STEP.

Hands-on experience with :

1. STEP data modeling

2. STEP Workbench configuration

3. STEP workflows

4. Business rules and data quality rules

5. Product hierarchies and classifications

- Strong experience with STIBO PDX Item onboarding.

- Experience with STIBO SaaS environments.

- Experience creating and managing Golden Records.

Strong understanding of :

1. Source records vs. Golden Records

2. Multi-source harmonization

3. Survivorship rules

4. Data consolidation and mastering

5. Downstream data syndication

- Experience with buy-side and/or sell-side PIM/MDM implementations.

- Strong understanding of product catalog and data transformation processes.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with GDSN.

- Knowledge of GDSN data pool onboarding and attribute mapping.

- Exposure to Syndigo and/or 1WorldSync.

- Experience in retail, distribution, wholesale, or e-commerce domains.

Experience with at least one :

1. STIBO STEP SaaS migration

2. Greenfield STIBO STEP implementation

3. Catalog transformation program

- Experience with STEP integrations and APIs.

- Scripting or programming experience relevant to STEP customizations.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as :

1. GitHub Copilot

2. Claude Code

3. Similar AI coding assistants
