Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Model-Driven Apps. This is a full-time onsite engagement based in Dubai, UAE.

What You Will Do :

- Design and develop custom solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Model-Driven Apps.

- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure services such as API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure Storage.

- Develop Azure Functions and backend services using C# and .NET.

- Design and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dataverse/Dynamics 365.

- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript customizations, and integrations using the Dynamics 365 SDK and Web APIs.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions.

- Apply AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Claude or Codex to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, and .NET

- Experience with Azure Functions, Dataverse, and Power Platform

- Expertise in Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management

- Strong JavaScript skills

- Proficiency in Azure DevOps

- Familiarity with AI Coding Assistants (Claude / Codex)

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Azure Storage

- Experience with ETL processes

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with REST APIs and the Dynamics 365 Web API

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications

- Experience with enterprise-scale CRM transformation projects

- Knowledge of security, performance optimization, and integration best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem

Domain Knowledge :

- Experience in the IT services sector
