Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Consultant to drive large-scale enterprise transformation engagements. This is a techno-functional role designed for an expert who can bridge the gap between complex infrastructure engineering and executive-level technology strategy. You will advise senior stakeholders on data center modernization, cloud adoption, and resilient architectures, ensuring that technology landscapes are not just functional, but future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Advisory & Architecture :

- Infrastructure Assessment : Lead end-to-end audits of compute, storage, network, and security stacks to identify modernization opportunities.

- Target State Design : Define future-ready architectures and migration roadmaps for Hybrid and Public Cloud environments.

- Framework Alignment : Apply TOGAF or Zachman frameworks to ensure all solutions align with global enterprise standards and governance.

2. Resilience & Business Continuity :

- Design robust BCP and Disaster Recovery frameworks.

- Define application tiering models and map RPO/RTO objectives to business criticality.

- Architect High Availability (HA) solutions using advanced clustering and failover mechanisms.

3. Domain Expertise & Technical Oversight :

- Provide subject matter expertise across a multi-disciplinary stack :

a. Hybrid Infrastructure : Manage Server architectures, Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix AHV), and HCI (VxRail, Simplivity).

b. Storage & Data : Oversee SAN/NAS/Object storage, NVMe protocols, and complex backup/archival strategies.

c. Modern Platforms : Guide the adoption of Docker, Kubernetes, and API Management (governance and rate limiting).

d. Networking & Security : Advise on SDN (NSX), SD-WAN, and security perimeters (WAF, SIEM, HSM-based encryption, and Identity Management).

4. Stakeholder Management & Consulting :

- Facilitate architecture workshops and steering committee meetings for C-suite and director-level clients.

- Translate complex technical data into high-impact Executive Presentations and strategic roadmaps.

- Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in governing large-scale transformation lifecycles.

Candidate Profile :

Technical Requirements :

- Infrastructure Mastery : Deep knowledge of Data Center building blocks, including compute contention ratios and network fabric.

- Cloud & Containers : Proven experience with AWS/Azure and container orchestration.

- Database Awareness : Understanding of ACID properties and architectures for Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL (MongoDB).

- Security Mindset : Familiarity with ethical hacking frameworks and ATP (Advanced Threat Protection).

Consulting & Soft Skills :

- Analytical Thinking : Ability to solve complex "big picture" problems while maintaining attention to technical detail.

- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to influence senior leadership.

- Documentation : Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word) for creating professional consulting deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience : Background in Banking or large-scale Government technology environments.
