Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer at StatusNeo, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our clients' cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of their applications.

You will collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently, ultimately driving business value and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and security.

- Automate the deployment and management of applications using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, enabling faster and more reliable software releases.

- Implement configuration management solutions using tools like Ansible or Chef, ensuring consistent environments across the development lifecycle.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into their workflows, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Write and maintain scripts in Python or other scripting languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Proven expertise in automating deployment pipelines and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.

- Strong scripting skills in Python or other relevant languages for automation and infrastructure management.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.

- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and networking principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new technologies quickly.
