- Deliver internal and external automation projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and specifications

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions

- Ensure high quality of automation deliverables and excellent client experience

- Develop and share automation development best practices with customers, partners, and internal teams

- Participate in new product release testing and enablement activities

- Conduct client and partner knowledge-sharing workshops on Blue Prism products and cloud platforms

- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution activities

- Identify and develop internal automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

- Work on multiple automation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Contribute to cloud automation development standards, guidelines, and best practices

- Assist support teams in resolving technical issues requiring specialized expertise

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development

- Experience in automation project delivery and support

- Good understanding of cloud-based automation platforms and solutions

- Strong knowledge of automation lifecycle, testing, and deployment processes

- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in enterprise automation and digital transformation projects

- Knowledge of automation standards, governance, and best practices

- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills
