What You Will Get To Do :

- Conduct Customer and Market Research to support your product(S)

- Develop and maintain your teams roadmap

- Engage with clients/partners for feedback loops and co-creation opportunities

- Pitch large projects to support roadmap

- Define features and requirements, write tickets

- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches

- Lead a SCRUM team as a Product Manager

- Collaborate with development and QA to oversee delivery

- Monitor production metrics and incidents, and lead post-mortems for continuous improvement

- Establish and grow and maintain stakeholder engagement

What You Will Bring :

- 5 to 10 Years of Product Management or similar experience in FINTECH

- Proven ability to support and grow existing products

- Proven ability to develop and deliver new features

- Strong stakeholder management across business, tech, compliance, and external partners

- Ability to make informed prioritization decisions across competing requirements

- Demonstrate clear understanding of modern scrum and product management frameworks

- Knowledge of latest AI technologies and how they are used to solve problems and enhance stakeholder experience with technology

- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and decision making
