Role Overview

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, data-driven, and conversion-focused digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with performance marketers, UI designers, developers, and product stakeholders to design seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.

- Translate business objectives and user insights into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

- Design conversion-optimized UX for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and marketing funnels.

- Partner with performance marketing teams to improve CRO, engagement, and user retention.

- Create and maintain information architecture, journey maps, and interaction models.

- Validate design decisions using A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics insights.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible, high-quality, and pixel-perfect implementation.

- Contribute to and evolve UX guidelines, design systems, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 25 years of hands-on experience in UX design.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and human-centered design methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive platforms.

- Ability to interpret user behavior data from tools like GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- A portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, and measurable impact.

Good to Have:

- Experience working in a digital marketing or performance-driven environment.

- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and marketing funnels.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

- Experience building or contributing to design systems and scalable UX frameworks
