Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business requirements and ensuring the quality and validation of delivered solutions.

Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role embeds quality engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

- Ensure quality validation of delivered solutions against defined requirements.

- Partner with Quality Engineering teams to embed testing and validation practices.

- Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and reporting for projects.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

- Support continuous improvement in business analysis and delivery processes.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience in business analysis with large-scale projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of quality engineering practices.

- Airlines domain experience.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to automation and CI/CD environments.
