Role & Responsibilities :

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Splunk ITSI Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI). The candidate should have deep expertise in building enterprise-grade monitoring solutions, service models, and advanced analytics within ITSI environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Splunk ITSI solutions

- Build advanced Glass Tables and Service Analyzer dashboards

- Configure adaptive thresholds, KPI base searches, and alerting mechanisms

- Develop correlation searches, notable events, and episode review workflows

- Perform event analytics and root cause analysis using ITSI

- Integrate ITSI with third-party monitoring and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, AppDynamics, etc.)

- Ensure CIM compliance, data normalization, and proper data modeling

- Optimize ITSI performance, searches, and data pipelines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring strategies

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Splunk ITSI (Strict requirement)

Strong expertise in :

1. Service modeling & KPI design

2. Glass Tables & deep dive dashboards

3. Adaptive thresholding & anomaly detection

4. Event Analytics & Correlation Searches

- Advanced knowledge of SPL (Search Processing Language)

- Experience with ITSI architecture and deployment (clustered environments preferred)

- Strong understanding of Splunk Enterprise components (Indexers, Search Heads, Forwarders)

- Experience in data onboarding, parsing, and normalization (CIM)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AIOps and Observability frameworks

- Integration experience with tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ServiceNow

- Scripting knowledge (Python / Shell)

- Exposure to AWS / Azure monitoring integrations

- Splunk ITSI or Splunk Core certifications

Soft Skills :

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently in complex environments

- Good communication and stakeholder interaction
