Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics.

- Be the custodian of business data and always on top of metrics - spot trends and anomalies.

- Perform RCAs and suggest improvements.

- Own business processes along with business team members - evaluate processes, identify opportunities and implement solutions.

- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, insurance partners) and drive timely deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile:

- B.Tech graduate from Tier 1 College/ University.

- Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is required.

- Advanced expertise in data analysis.

- Analytical frame of mind and a comfortable with large ambiguous datasets.

- Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems & come up with solutions.

- Experience in Data Manipulation in Python/R is a plus.
