Job Summary :

This initiative will focus on enabling a new cross-sell opportunity across two business lines, with the objective of transitioning sellers to a new workflow.

The role involves translating business requirements into clear technical implementation details for development teams, while working closely with multiple stakeholders across the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong experience in Salesforce project delivery

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical details

- Experience supporting transformation programmes

- Strong exposure to complex stakeholder environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities

- Flexible, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
