JD for Salesforce Architect role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and industry clouds.

- Design secure, scalable data models, integrations, and security frameworks.

- Guide and review development (Apex, LWC, integrations) and enforce platform best practices.

- Define and govern CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy.

- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants, including capacity planning and delivery oversight.

- Act as the technical escalation point and collaborate closely with business stakeholders.

- Support estimations, solution walkthroughs, and presales activities when required.

Experience & Skills :

- 8-12+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, integrations, and security model.

- Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, and DevOps tools (GitHub, Copado, Jenkins).

- Proven experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale implementations.

- Salesforce certifications preferred (CTA path, PD II, Integration & Sharing Designers).

Resource Handling & Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and manage Salesforce developers, admins, and COTS consultants.

- Perform capacity planning, task allocation, and sprint-level oversight.

- Act as technical escalation point and ensure team alignment.

- Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and skill development plans.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Support estimations, solution walkthroughs, and presales activities.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, account managers, and clients.
