Job description :

The AI-Enabled QA Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling an AI-first quality engineering strategy across enterprise applications.

This role establishes the vision for automation, agentic testing, and AI-enabled quality practices, ensuring quality is embedded across the SDLC while meeting enterprise and public-sector standards.

Key Responsibilities :

AI-First Test Strategy & Quality Architecture :

- Define enterprise-wide, AI-enabled test strategies aligned to business risk and compliance needs

- Establish intelligent, risk-based testing models using AI

- Design standardized test architecture across UI, API, and service layers

Automation & Framework Architecture :

- Architect and evolve scalable automation frameworks

- Drive automation coverage across UI and API layers

- Guide framework design, maintainability, and test data strategy

Shift-Left & DevOps Integration :

- Embed QA early in the SDLC

- Integrate automated and AI-driven testing into CI/CD pipelines

- Partner with DevOps for release-quality automation

AI & Agentic Testing Enablement :

- Lead adoption of AI QA platforms such as UiPath Test Cloud, Functionize, and Mabl and establish governance for responsible use.

- Define governance and guardrails for agentic testing

- Drive AI use cases including self-healing, regression optimization, and defect intelligence as part of an AI-first automation strategy.

Quality Intelligence & Continuous Improvement :

- Define KPIs for automation ROI, defect leakage, and cycle-time reduction

- Use AI-driven insights to improve release confidence

- Mentor teams and contribute to QA CoE assets

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of QA and Quality Engineering experience

- Expertise in AI-enabled QA platforms such as UiPath Test Cloud, Functionize, Mabl

- Playwright knowledge (preferred)

- API testing with Postman and RestAssured

- CI/CD tools : Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins

- Test management tools : Azure DevOps, qTest, Zephyr, TestRail

- Strong analytical and communication skills
