About the Role :
Were building a small, elite AI engineering team focused on shipping AI-first SaaS products and agentic experiences at startup speed.
We are looking for Full-Stack AI Developers who live and breathe rapid prototyping. If you enjoy turning ideas into working AI-powered SaaS applications in days, not months, experimenting with the latest AI tools, and building production-ready agentic systems this role is for you.
This team will develop shared AI platforms, reusable agents, and AI experiences used across multiple product groups.
What Youll Be Doing :
AI & Agentic Systems :
- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern agentic patterns
- Build LLM-powered workflows using frameworks like LangChain and similar ecosystems
- Architect and optimize RAG pipelines, prompt flows, and tool-using agents
- Leverage LLM APIs, SDKs, and MCP servers
- Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers from scratch when needed
- Stay hands-on with :
1. Prompt engineering
2. Debugging hallucinations and failures
3. Performance, cost, and latency optimization
4. Scaling AI systems to production
Full-Stack Development :
- Build rapid prototypes of AI-powered SaaS applications
- Develop modern frontends using Next.js / React
- Build backend services using Python etc.
- Create APIs and services that power AI workflows
- Integrate AI features directly into user-facing products
- Own features end-to-end frontend, backend, AI logic, deployment
AI-Led Development Culture :
