Job Title : Specialist Software Engineer - Cross-Platform Mobile UI (iOS & Android)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Specialist Software Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in developing modern cross-platform mobile user interfaces for both Android and iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building high-quality, responsive, and scalable mobile applications while working with modern UI frameworks and collaborating with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. The role involves gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing user interfaces, and supporting the coexistence of Classic UI and Redwood UI during phased migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using a shared or cross-platform development approach for Android and iOS.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Design and implement modern, responsive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.

- Support the migration and coexistence of Classic UI and Redwood UI during phased rollout activities.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, usability, and security standards.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities.

- Work closely with Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
