About the Role :

Were looking for a Drupal Technical Architect who enjoys owning complex solutions end-to-endfrom understanding business needs to designing architecture and guiding teams through execution.

What Youll Be Doing :

- Design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Drupal platforms.

- Build and review custom Drupal modules, following best practices and coding standards.

- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Act as a technical point of contact during client discussions, demos, and solution reviews.

- Guide and mentor developers, helping teams grow technically and professionally.

- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Oversee documentation, testing, and quality assurance.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical brainstorming, and continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For :

Core Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Drupal 9/10/11.

- Expertise in custom module development, theming, and Drupal architecture.

- Deep knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- Solid understanding of Drupal coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

- Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.

- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming.

Experience :

- 7+ years of overall web development experience.

- 6+ years working extensively with Drupal.

- Experience leading or guiding teams on medium to large Drupal projects.

Nice to Have (Bonus, Not Mandatory) :

- Experience with Drupal multisite setups.

- Exposure to Drupal 11.

- Contributions to the open-source community.

- Experience with CSS frameworks and modern frontend tooling.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices or CI/CD workflows.
