Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Software Engineer III / Senior Salesforce Technical Engineer or Technical Lead with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership to design scalable Salesforce solutions, streamline Quote-to-Cash processes, and deliver AI-powered automation that improves business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including agent workflows, prompts, actions, and AI-driven automation.

- Lead Salesforce CPQ development across product configuration, pricing, quoting, amendments, renewals, and contract lifecycle workflows.

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and other platform capabilities.

- Build and support Experience Cloud implementations, including customer- and partner-facing portals and digital experiences.

- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using suitable APIs and integration patterns.

- Manage source control, release management, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Copado, and related Salesforce DevOps practices.

- Apply Salesforce architecture principles to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.

- Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, engineering guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution while maintaining code quality and platform best practices.

- Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical designs and reliable implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong practical expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Experience Cloud.

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation.

- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations and working with APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps, Git-based version control, release management, and CI/CD pipelines; Copado experience is required.

- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, renewals, and contract-related workflows.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, scalability, governor limits, and development best practices.

- Demonstrated technical leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II.

Ideal Candidate:

- A hands-on Salesforce engineer who can own complex technical deliverables, guide development teams, and balance solution architecture with implementation detail. Experience delivering AI-enabled Salesforce automation and enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions will be particularly valuable.
