We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 13 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in JavaScript and experience working across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end components

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services

- Integrate databases and ensure high performance and responsiveness

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

- Follow best coding practices and maintain clean, well-documented code

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

- Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux preferred)

- Experience with Node.js and Express.js

- Knowledge of MongoDB and database schema design

- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON

- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub

Good to Have :

- Experience with JWT / authentication & authorization

- Exposure to AWS / Docker / CI-CD

- Knowledge of Next.js or TypeScript

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
