Role : Business Analyst

Experience : 5-8 years

Education : Graduate - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication; PG - M.Sc. (Computers); M.Tech - Any Specialisation, MCA - Computers

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in meetings to understand and clarify user needs and system requirements.

- Analyze requirements and identify appropriate user stories.

- Create supporting documentation for requirements.

- Develop knowledge of business processes across industry verticals and solutions.

- Understand and apply principles that enhance user experiences on applications.

- Create test plans and test cases, conducts testing to verify the completeness of developed solutions.

- Work on projects that span multiple technologies.

- Handle support requests with a high level of responsiveness to clients.

- Create documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Required :

- At least 5 years of experience preferably in healthcare or a related domain as a Business Analyst or Administrator of CRM, ERP or other applications.

- Ability and experience in working with JIRA.

- Exposure to agile methodologies and scrum practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Able to work independently with direction from project/engagement managers and consultants.
