About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will act as the technical backbone of our client delivery teams driving real-world adoption of AI coding agents, integrating AI into engineering workflows, and enabling teams to build faster and smarter.

You will ship production-ready solutions, deploy tooling, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with client engineering teams.

What You Will Do :

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of AI-enabled engineering transformations for enterprise clients

- Work hands-on with multiple product teams to modernize how they build, test, and ship software using AI

- Deploy and optimize AI coding agents (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) across engineering teams

- Build context layers for AI systems (codebase understanding, prompt engineering, documentation structuring)

- Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- Define and implement measurement frameworks to track engineering productivity and quality improvements

- Coach and mentor engineers on AI-assisted development workflows

- Collaborate with product, program, and leadership teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes

Required Skills :

- 5 - 14 years of hands-on software engineering experience in production environments

- Strong experience with AI coding tools : GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar (Beyond usage configuring, optimizing, scaling across teams)

- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps

Practical experience in :

- Prompt engineering

- Building context layers for AI agents

- Codebase indexing and documentation structuring

- Comfortable working across multiple tech stacks : .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python (plus legacy systems like RPG/IBM i is a bonus)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles

Familiarity with :

- DORA metrics

- Developer productivity frameworks

- Engineering experience measurement

Experience working with :

- Enterprise software companies

- PE-backed organizations
