We are looking for a Project Manager who will own the end-to-end execution of client engagements, ensuring seamless coordination across AI engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you will manage complex, fast-paced transformations involving AI coding agents, PDLC redesign, and engineering productivity improvements.

What You Will Do :

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements across multiple teams

- Plan, manage, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Coordinate across :

AI Engineers

- Product Managers

- Client Engineering & Leadership Teams

- Ensure smooth execution of:

- AI tool deployment

- PDLC transformation

- Engineering workflow modernization

- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively

- Drive weekly status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communication

- Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for each engagement

Facilitate agile ceremonies:

- Sprint planning

- Standups

- Retrospectives

- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience in software or technology environments

- Strong experience managing client-facing delivery engagements

Solid understanding of :

- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience working with tools like :

- Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business

- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in AI/ML, developer tooling, or engineering productivity initiatives

Familiarity with :

- CI/CD workflows

- AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)

Experience working with :

- Enterprise clients

- Consulting or services organizations

- PE-backed companies

Understanding of :

- DORA metrics

- Engineering productivity frameworks

Certifications :

- PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent
