About the Role

At Soulpage, we are redefining how products are built in the era of AI-powered software development.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) transformation across our client engagements fundamentally changing how product teams write requirements, structure PRDs, and collaborate with engineering in an AI-enabled world.

Core Insight :

- AI agents are only as good as the requirements they receive.

- Your role is to make product requirements so structured, precise, and actionable that AI coding agents can directly consume them and to train teams to sustain this capability.

What You Will Do :

- Lead PDLC transformation initiatives for clients adopting AI-enabled development

- Assess and redesign how product teams:

- Define requirements

- Prioritize work

- Hand off to engineering in AI-assisted workflows

- Create high-quality, structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria optimized for AI consumption

- Train and coach product managers to adopt AI-first product practices

- Establish processes, templates, and standards that bridge product intent with engineering execution

- Define and track product effectiveness metrics linking requirement quality to delivery outcomes

- Work closely with engineering, program, and measurement teams to deliver end-to-end transformation

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments

Strong hands-on experience writing :

- PRDs

- User stories

- Acceptance criteria used by real engineering teams

- Deep understanding of how AI coding tools interpret requirements

- Ability to distinguish high-quality prompts vs vague specifications

Experience with product tools :

- Jira, Confluence, Linear, Productboard (or similar)

- Proven ability to coach and mentor product teams across experience levels

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in consulting/client delivery / PE-backed environments

Familiarity with :

- DORA metrics

- Engineering productivity frameworks

- Impact of requirement quality on delivery velocity

Hands-on exposure to AI coding tools :

- GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude (from a PM perspective)

Background in :

- Process design

- Workflow optimization

- Organizational change management

- Experience working across multiple product teams simultaneously

Engagement Structure :
