We are seeking an experienced MS SQL Server Developer with 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in database development, performance tuning, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong T-SQL skills, experience with SQL Server-related tools, and the ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize database objects using T-SQL (stored procedures, functions, views, triggers).

- Work extensively with MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Snowflake.

- Design and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

- Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Excel-based reporting solutions.

- Perform performance tuning and query optimization to ensure high system efficiency and scalability.

- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Analyze existing database code and quickly understand business logic for enhancements and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, application developers, and stakeholders.

- Provide technical documentation and support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in MS SQL Server development.

- Strong expertise in T-SQL programming and database design.

- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.

- Experience or working knowledge of Snowflake.

- Experience in Excel reporting (advanced formulas, data extraction, pivot tables, dashboards preferred).

- Strong understanding of unit testing and debugging concepts.

- Ability to quickly learn and understand existing systems and business logic.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
