Responsibilities :

- Administer and govern SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.

- Manage permissions, site lifecycle, platform security, DLP policies, and environment governance.

- Support SharePoint migrations using ShareGate.

- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/PnP PowerShell and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor platform health, usage, compliance, and operational risks.

- Collaborate with security, compliance, architecture, and development teams.

- Maintain governance documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.

Required Experience :

- Strong enterprise-level SharePoint Online administration experience.

- Hands-on Power Platform administration, governance, and environment management.

- Experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Visual Studio Code, and ShareGate.

- Knowledge of CI/CD, data governance, security, and compliance practices.

Preferred :

- Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments.

- Azure DevOps or GitHub pipeline management.

- Exposure to Copilot and AI-enabled Microsoft 365 workloads.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
