About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and technically versatile RPA Support Engineer to join our Robotic Process Automation team. This role sits at the intersection of development, Level 3 support, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Automation:

- Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots and BPM workflows to automate business processes end-to-end.

- Write Python scripts and automation logic; leverage C# and VB code where required.

- Build and enhance automation solutions across RPA and BPM platforms.

2. Production Support & Helpdesk:

- Serve as Level 3 support for RPA and BPM solutions in production, performing root cause analysis.

- Manage helpdesk tickets related to automation failures and bot exceptions.

- Monitor bot health and execution schedules.

3. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document automation requirements.

- Translate business process requirements into technical specifications.
