Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on GenAI Developer to join our growing AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development expertise and practical experience building Generative AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and Azure AI services. This role requires deep technical ownership and the ability to design, build, and optimize scalable GenAI applications for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Python as the primary programming language.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging vector databases and document retrieval strategies.

- Implement AI workflows and orchestration using LangChain and related frameworks.

- Integrate and manage Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services for LLM-based applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI solutions.

- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost while ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 615 years of overall experience with strong hands-on Python development expertise.

- Proven experience in RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain for building LLM-powered applications.

- Strong experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI Services.

- Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and AI application design.

- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.).

- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD for AI systems, and cloud-native architectures.
