Required Skills & Competencies :

Core Technical Skills :

- Advanced understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, semantic caching, chunking strategies, and retrieval tuning.

- Deep knowledge of both traditional ML and modern GenAI approaches.

Role & Responsibilities :

Architecture & Governance Skills :

- Experience in creating Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), system context maps, solution blueprints, and capability models.

- Proven ability to enforce non-functional requirements across security, scalability, and cost governance.

Leadership & Consulting Skills :

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineering pods.

- Consulting mindset with depth in requirement elicitation, solution shaping, and road mapping.

Education & Certifications :

- TOGAF, Cloud Architect Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred.

- Generative AI, ML, or LLMOps certifications are a plus.
