Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced D365 SCM Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), particularly Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading end-to-end D365 SCM implementations, driving warehouse transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 Supply Chain Management solutions with a focus on Advanced Warehouse Management.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Configure and optimize warehouse processes including inbound logistics, receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.

- Provide leadership during solution design workshops, testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and IT departments.

- Support system integrations with third-party applications, automation systems, barcode scanners, and mobile devices.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on D365 SCM capabilities and implementation methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and Advanced Warehouse Management.

- Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle D365 implementation projects.

- Deep understanding of inventory management, logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations.

- Experience with warehouse mobility, barcode scanning, and system integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead workshops, conduct requirement gathering sessions, and provide strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics environments.

- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure integrations, and supply chain optimization practices.
