Role Overview :
As a Solutions Architect, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade AI infrastructure and private cloud solutions. You will partner with clients to translate business requirements into scalable architectures, leveraging HPC and containerized platforms. The role requires deep technical expertise, consulting ability, and leadership in hybrid cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Consulting :
- Architect AI/ML infrastructure and private cloud solutions (VMware, OpenStack).
- Engage with enterprise clients to assess requirements and design scalable architectures.
- Lead presales discussions, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
AI & HPC Infrastructure :
- Design and deploy GPU-based clusters for AI/ML workloads.
- Optimize high-performance computing (HPC) environments for training and inference.
- Integrate AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) with enterprise infrastructure.
Cloud & Container Platforms :
- Implement hybrid cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Enable CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI workloads.
Security & Compliance :
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Implement identity management, encryption, and monitoring frameworks.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

Cloud : VMware, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP
AI/ML Infrastructure : NVIDIA GPUs, HPC clusters, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Containers & DevOps : Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins
Data & Storage : Hadoop/Spark, Object Storage (S3, Ceph)
Networking & Security : VPC, SDN, IAM, WAF, Zero Trust frameworks
Monitoring & Automation : Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications :
Experience : 10+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, or solution architecture.
Education : B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Certifications : AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), TOGAF preferred.
Soft Skills : Strong client engagement, consulting, communication, and leadership.
Strong Kubernetes and on-prem infrastructure experience
Candidate must be from a professional services background (design, implementation, configuration, etc.)
Need an SA from a delivery perspective and not purely from presales
Good communication and stakeholder management skills-consulting experience is a must.
Exposure to Cloud Native Computing (Infrastructure as Code)
