Role Overview :

The Solutions & Delivery Lead - Enterprise Learning Solution Design will serve as a strategic architect and delivery head, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale learning and development initiatives. You will act as the primary bridge between client business objectives and technical learning architectures, ensuring that complex enterprise solutions are designed, deployed, and scaled effectively.

This role involves high-level engagement with C-suite stakeholders and internal delivery teams to drive measurable business outcomes, ensuring that learning ecosystems are not only robust but also aligned with long-term organizational growth and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect comprehensive enterprise learning solutions that align with client business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing organizational infrastructure.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery management of large-scale projects, maintaining strict oversight of timelines, quality benchmarks, and resource allocation to ensure client satisfaction.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by providing strategic advisory and transparent communication, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business expectations.

- Oversee the enterprise architecture of learning platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across diverse business units.

- Mentor cross-functional delivery teams to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency in solution deployment.

- Analyze performance metrics and feedback loops to refine solution design, ensuring continuous improvement and sustained impact on organizational capability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade learning architectures that support large-scale organizational transformation.

- Proven ability to manage complex delivery lifecycles, with a track record of navigating high-pressure environments and meeting stringent project milestones.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical strategies.

- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including system integration, data security, and platform scalability within a corporate learning context.

- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams across multiple geographies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 15 to 25 years of professional experience in solution design and delivery management, preferably within a consulting or large-scale enterprise environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, maintaining high levels of engagement with both local teams in Bangalore and global clients.
