Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise integration ecosystems. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between business requirements and scalable system architecture, ensuring seamless data flow across disparate platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, external stakeholders, and engineering leads to architect robust workflows that drive operational efficiency. By leveraging your deep expertise in middleware and API-led connectivity, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our digital infrastructure, directly impacting our ability to scale services and deliver superior customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end integration solutions using middleware platforms to ensure high availability and data integrity across the enterprise landscape.

- Design and document complex business workflows that automate manual processes, significantly reducing operational overhead for internal stakeholders.

- Lead the development and lifecycle management of RESTful and SOAP APIs to facilitate secure, high-performance communication between internal and third-party systems.

- Partner with product managers to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications, ensuring all integrations align with long-term strategic objectives.

- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and troubleshooting of integration layers to minimize latency and resolve bottlenecks in real-time data processing.

- Mentor junior engineering staff on best practices for system integration, promoting a culture of clean code and scalable architecture design.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex system integrations using industry-standard middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps.

- Proven ability to map business processes into automated workflows, with a strong grasp of BPM methodologies and their application in enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in API lifecycle management, including design, security, versioning, and documentation, to support diverse consumer requirements.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate existing system architectures and identify opportunities for modernization and performance improvement.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

- Candidates must possess 7 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in solution engineering and enterprise integration.
