- Design and implement payment solutions within Temenos T24/Transact, covering domestic payments, cross-border payments, SWIFT, Real-Time Payments, Faster Payments, UPI, clearing, and settlement.

- Configure and customize T24 modules related to Funds Transfer (FT) and Temenos Payments / Payments Hub.

- Define payment workflows, message formats, routing logic, validation rules, and processing requirements.

- Architect integrations between T24 and payment ecosystems such as SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, SEPA, ACH, UPI, payment gateways, and clearing houses.

- Design API-based and event-driven integrations using OFS, REST APIs, middleware / ESB, and messaging platforms.

- Ensure support for both real-time and batch payment processing.

- Act as the Payments Solution Lead / Architect for T24 transformation and implementation programs.

- Coordinate with Core Banking, Digital Channels, Mobile/Internet Banking, Integration, Middleware, Infrastructure, Security, Business, and Operations teams.

- Lead solution-design workshops, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and payment solution sign-offs.

- Ensure solutions meet agreed timelines, performance SLAs, security standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

- Engage with clients and business stakeholders to understand payment requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead client discussions, solution walkthroughs, architecture presentations, and technical workshops.

- Provide technical guidance to development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure payment solutions support end-to-end payment processing, including initiation, validation, routing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.

- Work with payment messaging standards including SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022.

- Support payment modernization and transformation initiatives, including migration from legacy payment formats and processes to modern payment standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.

- Strong expertise in T24 Payments / Payments Hub and Funds Transfer (FT).

- Experience with domestic and international payments.

- Hands-on understanding of SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022.

- Experience with RTGS, NEFT, SEPA, ACH, and UPI.

- Experience with payment gateways and clearing systems.

- Strong knowledge of OFS, REST APIs, ESB / Middleware, and integration patterns.

- Understanding of real-time and batch payment processing.

- Strong knowledge of payment workflows, routing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.

- Experience in T24 transformation / modernization programs.
