Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain solution architectures supporting Supply Chain functions, including demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.

- Collaborate with business leaders and product owners to understand strategic priorities and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

- Develop architecture blueprints, integration designs, data flows, and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture principles.

- Lead solution design across ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, APS, integration platforms, cloud services, and analytics solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data platforms.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and business agility.

- Provide technical leadership during project delivery, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, security policies, and quality requirements.

- Conduct architecture reviews, design validations, risk assessments, and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and application teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions.

- Support vendor evaluations, technology selection, proof-of-concepts, and solution roadmaps.

- Mentor development teams on architecture best practices, design patterns, and technical standards.

- Maintain architecture documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and governance processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution design, or systems engineering, with significant experience in Supply Chain technology.

- Proven experience designing solutions using ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, warehouse management, transportation, and distribution.

- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integration technologies, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in enterprise and solution architecture methodologies.

- Experience with application integration, middleware, ETL, messaging platforms, and API management.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization technologies.

- Familiarity with data architecture, analytics platforms, and master data management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive technical alignment across multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML, digital manufacturing, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.

- Certifications such as TOGAF, SAP Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.

- Experience in global manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences, or industrial organizations.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and architecture governance frameworks.
