ServiceNow Solution Architect :

Experience :

8 - 12+ years overall IT experience, with 5 - 7+ years of strong ServiceNow experience in solution design and architecture.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions, lead technical teams, and provide architecture and technical governance across ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Define HLD/LLD, architecture, data models, integrations, security and deployment approach.

- Provide expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Portal/Employee Center and IntegrationHub.

- Design integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, APIs and Service Graph Connectors.

- Ensure maximum use of OOTB functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.

- Review technical designs, configurations and custom development for scalability and upgrade compatibility.

- Lead architecture discussions with customers and stakeholders.

- Guide developers/technical teams and establish development standards.

- Support RFPs, solution proposals, effort estimation and technical presentations.

- Provide technical governance, troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Required Skills :

- Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.

- ITSM and ITOM expertise.

- Strong CMDB/CSDM understanding.

- ServiceNow integrations and API architecture.

- JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management is preferred.

- Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps, SPM and AI/Now Assist is an advantage.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and solution-design skills.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow CSA - mandatory/preferred

- CIS certification - preferred

- ServiceNow CTA - highly desirable

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with BMC Helix, Dynatrace, ScienceLogic, Splunk, SolarWinds, Azure/AWS and other enterprise monitoring/ITOM platforms.
