Role Requirement- As SAP Finance Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering robust, future-ready SAP Finance solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and technical teams to design architectures that align with business goals and ensure successful end-to-end implementation. You will engage with clients to understand their finance processes, business objectives and functional requirements, and translate these into scalable, sustainable SAP Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design of SAP Finance solutions, including end-to-end architecture, solution blueprints and technical design documentation.

- Advise customers on best practices, configuration choices, and integration approaches to maximize solution effectiveness and long-term value.

- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Provide functional and architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle from design to go-live and stabilization.

- Mentor and support junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and design reviews.

- Continuously stay abreast of SAP Finance innovations, product enhancements, and industry trends to strengthen solution design and delivery.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in finance-related roles, with at least 10 years working on large-scale SAP implementations.

- Strong experience in conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirements validation, and solution walkthroughs in SAP-led implementations.

- Proven track record as a SAP FICO Solution Architect, with deep expertise across the SAP Finance portfolio, including the latest capabilities in S/4HANA Finance.

- Strong understanding of internal and external accounting principles and end-to-end financial processes.

- Solid knowledge of how Finance processes integrate with other business functions and operational workflows.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules including New GL, Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and allocations, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and allocation and Project Systems (PS)
