Position Summary :

The Solution Architect with Planisware expertise designs comprehensive, scalable Planisware architectures for enterprise clients, transforming complex business requirements into high-quality, integrated solutions that optimize project and portfolio management. This senior technical role bridges strategy, architecture, and implementation to ensure long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design enterprise-level Planisware solutions, including system architecture, configuration, integration, and deployment for Fortune 500 clients.

- Analyze business processes, IT architectures, and requirements to propose optimized Planisware implementations aligned with best practices.

- Lead pre-sales demonstrations, solution planning, and post-sales guidance on design, use, maintenance, and enhancements.

- Develop and execute test plans, data migrations, and integrations with tools like Oracle, SQL, and custom scripting.

- Train end-users, administrators, account managers, and partners on Planisware modules, processes, and customizations.

- Liaise with R&D and development teams to incorporate client needs into core solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Provide strategic advice on governance, scalability, and continuous improvement for portfolio/project management.

Required Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in systems analysis, implementation, software development, or architecture, with deep Planisware expertise.

- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, relational databases, Agile, scripting languages, and environments like Windows/UNIX.

- Strong customer-facing skills for project planning, execution, relationship management, and presenting complex concepts simply.

- Excellent written and oral communication; eligible to work in the relevant location without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with data migration, integrated testing, corporate IT architectures, or industries like Pharma/Biotech/NPD.

- Familiarity with Linux, database management, or Planisware-specific modules for program/rating processes.
