Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM, Compensation Management, Recruiting, and enterprise HR architecture, with a strong focus on global compensation frameworks, pay transparency compliance, and Redwood-ready solution design.
This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, guiding implementation teams, engaging with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of a strategic Oracle HCM transformation initiative focused on compensation governance, recruiting automation, and cross-module integration.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Solution Architecture & Design :
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle HCM Compensation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Design scalable and sustainable 4-dimensional compensation structures leveraging:
1. Legislative Data Groups (LDG)
2. Job Families
3. Job Functions
4. Grade Structures
- Define Oracle best-practice architecture aligned with Redwood UI capabilities and future roadmap.
- Evaluate alternative solution approaches and provide architectural recommendations.
- Establish governance standards, design principles, and implementation guidelines.
2. Oracle Compensation Architecture :
Architect and guide the implementation of :
1. Grade Structures
2. Grade Rates
3. Compensation Frameworks
4. Internal Pay Composites
5. Compensation Governance Models
- Design and support market benchmarking integrations and compensation data frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations and global compensation standards.
- Architect automated midpoint calculations and compensation determination logic.
- Define scalable compensation reporting and validation frameworks.
3. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) :
Lead ORC solution design and customization initiatives including :
1. Automated Salary Range Population
2. Job DFF Configuration
3. Dynamic Requisition Population Logic
4. Background Concatenation Rules
5. Recruiting Process Automation
- Ensure seamless recruiter and hiring manager experience.
- Optimize ORC workflows through automation and standardized processes.
4. Integration & Automation :
- Define enterprise integration strategy across Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Collaborate with technical teams on HDL/HSDL Data Loads, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reporting, REST/SOAP API Integrations, and Data Conversion and Migration Activities.
- Drive automation, data quality, and governance initiatives across Oracle HCM modules.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of integrations.
5. Governance & Stakeholder Management :
- Facilitate customer workshops, discovery sessions, CRPs, and solution design discussions.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to gather and qualify requirements, define solution approaches, assess risks and dependencies, and drive decision-making.
- Provide architecture governance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Mentor implementation teams and review solution deliverables for quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications :
1. Experience :
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation and consulting experience.
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Compensation and ORC implementations.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments with complex HR and compensation structures.
2. Functional Expertise :
- Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, Grade Structures & Grade Rates, Global Pay and Compensation Models, Compensation Governance, Redwood User Experience Awareness, and Workforce and Compensation Planning.
3. Technical Expertise :
- Fast Formula Development, HDL/HSDL, Oracle HCM REST & SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI Reporting, DFF/EFF Configuration, Data Migration & Conversion Strategies, Reporting and Validation Frameworks, and Oracle HCM Security and Configuration Best Practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience implementing global pay transparency and compensation governance solutions.
- Strong understanding of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
- Experience integrating compensation benchmarking platforms such as WTW (Willis Towers Watson) or similar market data providers.
- Experience within hospitality, consulting, or large global enterprise organizations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred.
- Experience with Redwood transformation initiatives and Oracle HCM roadmap planning.

The successful candidate will act as the solution authority for compensation and recruiting architecture, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready Oracle HCM solutions.
