Role Summary :

The SCM Solution Architect will lead enterprise Supply Chain Planning (SCP) consulting engagements, advising global clients on digital transformation across demand, supply, and integrated business planning. This role blends deep domain knowledge with implementation expertise on modern planning platforms specifically o9 Solutions alongside practice building, pre-sales, and asset creation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Consulting Delivery & Advisory : Lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformations across diverse industries, covering Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Inventory Optimization, Replenishment, MRP, and Network Design.

- Solution Architecture & Roadmap : Translate complex client business models into scalable technology blueprints; guide clients through solution selection, architecture definition, industry benchmarks, and platform adoption.

- Team & Program Governance : Steer multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed project teams (consultants, remote resources, client counterparts) to deliver milestones on schedule.

- Practice Development & Pre-Sales : Support business growth by contributing to pre-sales RFPs, shaping new service offerings, and authoring reusable IP/accelerators for supply chain planning delivery.

- Stakeholder Management : Manage matrixed senior client relationships, resolve conflicting priorities, and build account-level delivery strategies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of domain and consulting experience within enterprise Supply Chain Planning.

- Proven implementation exposure to o9 Solutions (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning).

- Strong conceptual depth across S&OP, inventory policies, multi-echelon replenishment, and constraint-based planning algorithms.

- Track record of leading client-facing consulting engagements and managing cross-functional delivery teams.

- Strong academic pedigree (degree in Engineering and/or Management from a reputed institution preferred).

- Exceptional stakeholder communication, presentation, and advisory skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to analytical programming or data querying : Python, R, or SQL.

- Openness to cross-platform planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
