Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end functional solution design for D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.

- Lead business process analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution blueprinting.

- Act as functional design authority and escalation point for complex decisions.

- Provide ongoing Level 2 & Level 3 support for clients on D365 FSCM.

- Architect solutions across Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory, WMS, and Procurement.

- Design Plan-to-Produce and Source-to-Pay flows.

- Guide fit-to-standard vs customization decisions.

- Be consultative and provide clients with best practices and recommendations.

- Ensure seamless integration between SCM and Finance modules.

- Validate costing, production accounting, and financial postings.

- Good understanding on the financial side.

- Guide teams through design, configuration, testing, and UAT.

- Partner with technical architects on integrations and performance considerations.

- Experience working with ISVs, 3rd-party add-ons, and FSCM customization tools.

- Support pre-sales solutioning and estimations.

- Contribute to reusable assets and mentor consultants.

- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support.

- Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice development.

- Coach and mentor junior consultants.

- Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.

Requirements :

- 8 to 12+ years of Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Supply Chain experience.

- 3 to 5+ years in Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role.

- Multiple full lifecycle implementations with supply chain / manufacturing focus.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (Required)
