We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will define end-to-end solution architecture across business processes, data, security, integrations, user experience, and non-functional requirements while ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

- Design solution architecture covering configuration, customization, Power Platform, integrations, and security.

- Define data models, application architecture, and integration patterns with enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and Microsoft best practices.

- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

- Support solution estimation, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Drive solution optimization, scalability, performance, and long-term supportability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 9+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture and solution design.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, security, and integrations.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and third-party applications.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
