We are seeking a seasoned Java Tech Lead/ Architect with a strong background in enterprise architecture, system design, and solution implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in Java development and at least 2 years of proven expertise in architectural design, leading teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications.

- Drive system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments.

- Oversee solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualification :

- 9+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.

- 2+ years of experience in architecture/system design.

- Strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and RESTful services.

- Experience with solution design, implementation, and technical leadership.

- Proficiency in database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
