Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and coordinate SAP data migration activities across multiple workstreams within a large S/4HANA transformation program

- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of migration milestones

- Work closely with functional teams across SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, PS) and OTC/BRIM modules

- Oversee mock migration cycles, validate outputs, and ensure readiness for cutover

- Drive cutover planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, IT, and external vendors

- Ensure alignment with standard SAP migration approaches and tools such as Migration Cockpit (LTMOM)

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and Steering Committees

- Utilize tools such as JIRA, SmartSheets, and Google Workspace for tracking, reporting, and communication

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration program coordination or project management

- Hands-on exposure to at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, PS)

- Exposure to OTC/BRIM migration objects and processes

- Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMOM) and standard SAP migration methodologies

- Strong understanding of mock migrations and cutover planning

- Proven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations at scale (100+ company codes, 50+ countries)

- Familiarity with SAP ODI (Order Distribution Infrastructure) and BRIM architecture

- Knowledge of regional compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOX, India GST, Italy SDI, and Poland KSeF

- Experience in public company readiness (PCR) or IPO-readiness transformation programs

- SAP certification in Data Migration or S/4HANA Finance
